Return & Exchange Policy
All items sold on CROV HOLDING in Malaysia is covered under “CROV HOLDING Return & Refund Policy” or “CROV HOLDING Return & Exchange Policy” depending on the product.
Beside of Return & Refund Policy, some of our products/goods are covered under “Return & Exchange Policy”.
Our “Return & Exchange Policy” allows for item(s) return and exchange with replacement item(s). No Refunds allows.
If you order any item which is already out of stock, you can only exchange with others same amount item but NO Refund allows.
However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reason:
Reasons: Defective
The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general guidelines for returns/exchanges are as follows:
It is within Fourteen (14) Working days from the delivery date, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
Warranty sealed items must not be opened.
Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
Discounted/special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.
Other not eligible for exchange products included Free Gifts, Food & Beverage, Flower, Special Custom made item and products with a limited period of use.
Exchange items should be sent to us at Customer’s own cost.
Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange.
Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
