All items sold on CROV HOLDING in Malaysia is covered under “CROV HOLDING Return & Refund Policy” or “CROV HOLDING Return &Exchange Policy” depending on the policy.

Depending on the applied policy, you may return your item to us within 15 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labeling shall also be in original states as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

CROV HOLDING (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Important note: please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guideline, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. And some of goods/products are covered under “Return & Exchange Policy” (Please Refer to Return & Exchange Policy) each good/product may vary accordingly.
